PHD, one of Egypt’s premiere real estate developers has allocated  EGP 1 billion for 2011 to sustain the company’s aggressive construction momentum – ensuring the timely delivery of homes to its clients.

To date, the company has proudly delivered 909 homes since 2010 to date, of which 256 have been handed over to their owners since February 2011. Moreover, 1210 homes are scheduled to be delivered within the next 6 months.

Further flexing its muscles capitalizing on its in-house construction arm and strategic alliances with prominent construction pillars: the company already has an existing partnership with Allam Sons Construction and is in process in finalizing its agreement with Orascom Construction Industries (OCI). These muscles and alliances will not only expedite homes construction hand-over process but also help transcending the company’s s vision of creating well-integrated and vibrant communities into reality.
