Palm Hills creates EGP120 million funded program to help supply sewage and drainage to around 14 villages in Kafr El Sheikh, Beheira and Gharbeya.

Palm Hills jointly with NAPWSD [National Authority for Potable Water, Sewage and Drainage] and under the auspices of the Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Development had taken significant steps into putting their MOU initiative into action. The initiative targets supplying 14 villages with sewage across 4 years to contribute in bettering the quality of life in the rural side of Egypt. The project is planned to be executed over 2 phases, each is extended over two years. Meanwhile, 4 plots of land have been received and the design of pump stations is well underway in Kafr El Sheikh and Gharbeya.

Palm Hills donated EGP 2 million to the governorate of Beheira to help revamp the unfortunate villages of Beheira from the aftermath of the unprecedented rainstorms, specifically Ofoona Village.

The initiative targeted financial contribution to support rebuilding homes of the affected citizens of Wadi Al Natroun and the neighboring villages, specifically Ofoona Village. A ceremony under the patronage of Beheira governor was held to announce the initiative.
